  November 17, 2012 - Went for the last of these and glad to wrap up the set while they're still drinking so well. Think I'm getting pretty good at Carlisle management - catch the zins between 2 and 7 years, save the syrahs for at least 5 before even thinking about it. This was again a nice red fruit profile - very balanced and restrained. A serious wine in that it deserved contemplation for the flavor nuances. I picked up more currant and berry on the nose, more minerality on the finish. A nice drink.
