  November 19, 2012 - A breathtaking bottle, nice citrus nose with a touch of white flowers and wet stone. Wonderfully full palate with honey, minerals, corn on the cob all in great balance and nice acidity lift. Took 2+ hours to open up but when it does, it really sings. U can taste the awesome multi layered palate with just a tiny sip.
