  November 18, 2012 - Brown syrup in the glass. Nose of cobbler, citrus, honey, canned pear, flint, cinnamon and lychee. Med-lite body with smoked peach, honey, canned pear, tangerine, earth and cinnamon on the palate. Secondary brown sugar and brûlée. Med-short finish. Decent acidity and minerals, but not enough structure to hold its gooey, bordering on cloying, fruit.
