  December 1, 2012 - Low neck fill, and cork saturated only only on the bottom 1/4". Where did this come from, some frozen wasteland with 100% humidity? This wine completely defies its age - amazing. Only some hints of bricking around the rim, still a very young color. Rich and smooth on the palate, but still with enough tannins and freshness to warrant another 5-10 years (or 3+ hours in the decanter).
