  December 9, 2012 - Light yellow, gold. Whiffs of lemon and flowers. Light, bright palate of citrus, a little chamomile, and some spice. LIke all of PYCMs wines, there is this magical round holographic dimension in the middle, not Pixar-like but more 35 mm in resolution (with fuzzy edges), here with a little capsule of marshmallow softness in it. Yes, I said the wine has a little marshmallow taste to it.
