  December 17, 2012 - High-toned aromas of red fruit -- cranberry and cherry -- with some interesting darker elements emerging with time in the glass -- black cherry, freshly-turned earth, pine needles, and a hint of mushroom. More pure red fruit on the palate, cranberry and cherry with loads of acidity to keep it lively and refreshing. Hints of cola and baking spice give way to a nice, spicy finish. Very good, and an excellent value at $23.
