  December 8, 2012 - PHMG WAG: #100 (Chez Lyon in Eugene, OR): This was still a bit tight and definitely the most austere wine of the night. Yet the depth of black fruit and the tannins portend well. It's very muscular and fun to drink even at this stage. Hints of smoke, tar, cigar box, and earth just add to the layers and depth. Next one in a year.
