  December 24, 2012 - Christmas eve with scallops. Fragrant with peach, tropical notes, and mineral, stony elements. Creamy entry with creamed corn notes on the mid palate that are really enjoyable and work well as a savory counterpoint in food pairing. Great length and drive. This was my favorite wine of a long night of wine. I'm just impressed that this is made in the US; this has a lot of soul.
