  December 26, 2012 - Bistro wine and more. Tightly wound and bitter at first opening. Needed 30+ minutes to start to open up. This reminds me of Vacqueryras but with more acidity. Shows wonderful dark and earthy flavors but the fruit is muted at this point. Needs a year or two to develop but the potential is there.
