December 28, 2012 - Slow-O 30 minutes. Lightly fruited, with melon, citrus, crushed rocks and some saline and almond. Nearly medium bodied on the palate, the acids are in pretty good harmony with the fruits, which is a bit of a departure from the prior (and other) vintage(s), in that the fruit is much more subtle, the wine, more balanced. At $26, there's not a whole lot of room to complain. Reflects the grape, region and vintage over the 'house style', so I'm happy. 13,0% abv, drink thru 2014
