  December 26, 2012 - Aerated with Vinturi and decanted for one hour. Blackberry, cherry, dried herb, cedar and vanilla on the nose. On the palate, black and red fruit combine with smooth tannins leading to a medium to long finish. Medium bodied with good complexity and balanced minerality. Paired well with a Swedish Smorgasborg. Drinking well.
