  January 11, 2013 - Deep ruby red color; nose of cherry, red fruit, juicy blackberry, quite ripe; palate is medium-full bodied, soft but structured tannins, juicy fruit; medium length finish. Very nice wine, likely to improve over the short term, recognizable as bordeaux and enjoyable to drink, but lacks the precision and complexity of a top tier wine. Still great QPR and very satisfying. 89-90
  Update: After hours of air, perhaps a bit more complexity but largely unchanged... perhaps a tad more drying in the midpalate and finish. A satisfying everyday wine.
