  January 12, 2013 - Starts out a little tart and shrill with high toned cranberry and cherry fruit and some herbal (stemmy?) accents, but with time the fruit fleshes out and deepens and it develops more layers, with mineral and rose petal elements emerging alongside. This is a very light wine, both in colour and weight on the palate, yet there's remarkable presence and purity of flavour here, and it's very easy to drink right now with most of the structure coming from a bright acid spine that keeps it very fresh and vibrant. Superb wine that I wish I had bought more of.
