February 2, 2013 - In one word NECTAR. A very big wine single full tone dark berry fruit smooth taste. Bouquet perfectly matched the taste and led you to what to expect. I agree it can be kept for another 10 years but I do not see how it can be improved. This what a classic big shiraz/Syrah should taste like.
