February 9, 2013 - Nose: Fresh and aromatic nose filled with tones of sea shells, crushed rocks, minerals, pears, and some lemon zest.
Taste: Light bodied with medium/high acidity that is more on the refreshing side than overwhelming. Nice and balanced with crisp tones of sea shells, lemon zest, minerals, and some white fruits.
