  February 11, 2013 - Blind at store: stewed strawberry, cooked cherry, aged meat, juniper, anise, lavender and a touch of powdered sugar, garigue and decent amount of Brett/dried wild herbs-band-aid, and gravel. Very classic. Let's not forget a dose of pepper in there as well.
