  February 14, 2013 - With Dave & Dan in princeton. Strawberry, cherry, leather. Good with the trufflo cheese and with the olive oil infused with truffles. Opened in time to lose the tannins on the finish. Next time with pasta with meat, mushrooms & truffle oil.
