February 15, 2013 - Openned for Valentine's Day and we paired it with a beautiful Tuscan pork chop and a beef steak.The wine showed itself well over the 2 hours we spent at dinner.It was a little tight at first but during the decanting process the wine evolved and it really showed it's character over time.Dark cherry,oak and pepper were the building blocks of this wine.
