  February 22, 2013 - Pale gold color. Faint fruitiness in first whiff. Delicate, slightly sweet flavor with a bit of sauvignon blanc style flavor-wise. Very delicious, balanced overall. Nice compliment to crab-stuffed flounder, chimichurra rice, haricots verts. Also good with hake with grilled zucchini and pesto, and fried potatoes with haricots verts and wild mushrooms.
