  March 29, 2005 - Primary and rough right out of the glass. With some coaxing and time a very interesting bay leaf note emerges. Very Cabernet Sauvignon notes lift from the glass: black olives, cassis and earthy tones. After an hour some green olive notes are present, but they are not offensive--any more and I'd think the fruit was harvested too early. A hint of alcohol. Big palate, great length and structure. Med tannins. I would drink this wine by 2015.
