  March 12, 2013 - Ready to go straight out of the bottle. A nice earthy aromatic entrance was perhaps the best part of this wine although it was not what i expected in a Chambolle, as it was more towards something you would expect in a nice Savigny. The wine is mature and soft with red fruit notes and a monolithic flavor profile. Simple for a 1er and overall not very exciting but easy going.
