  March 14, 2013 - My first Muscadet with any real bottle age, and I really enjoyed it. Time seems have taken the edge off, as it lacked the bracing energy I typically associate with this grape, but it subbed in a richness to the texture without sacrificing the telltale, saline minerality and puckering lemony finish. Still great with seafood, naturally.
