March 17, 2013 - Parmegan crusted chicken with escarole and mashed potatoes. This was very balanced riesling with great nose and good fruit and acidity. This worked well with the dish, but we donot have enough experience with riesling to really appreciate the nuance. We should have a riesling tasting to taste the differences.
