  November 21, 2012 - An impressive Chablis in the making. Still very young and showing the power of the vintage. Even though it's showing only small bits of its potential, it's possible to drink now. Classic cool citrus, stone fruits and flowers on the nose, leads to a deep and steely taste. Beast in an iron cage, a proper Valmur. Should've bought more (at 45e) but they were all gone by the time I tasted this. I expext this to be wonderful in 5 years.
