  March 30, 2007 - I thought it was corked when I opened but it slowly started to open and didn't taste too bad. Not complex by any means and would not drink it by itself but goes very well with spicy food. I had it with stuffed chicken breast and later with indian snacks. Very good value for under $5. I want to pair it with a lamb dish, so I will get another bottle and add my impressions.
  
  I got a second bottle and it was even better! Definitively recommend it.
