  April 19, 2013 - Nice wine, but very much a product of the vintage. Much better after 1.5 hrs open. Will be better in 2015+. Nose of black & red fruits, mocha, light earth and a big hit of alcohol. Taste was all black fruits, earth, light herbal bitterness, strong drying tannins and big alcohol heat. Great finish of black fruits. Would be much, much better without the heat. Can mitigate this with food.
