  edges, this red blooms after a 7 hour aeration to notes of dried berries, smoke, cassis and forest floor. A delicate
  mid-palate offering cigar box and defined blueberry. Refined, elegant finish dotted with cedar and mocha. Lost
  momentum by the end of the evening. Mature, if not past peak. Drink now
