  May 12, 2013 - (13.5%) 100% Pinot Noir - Warm with soft edges and nice strawberry notes followed by a heavy cinnamon spice which lingers all the way through the finish. This wine was better when opened as it had a nice acidity which kept it linear and focused. Now on day 4 it is more fruit driven. Either way one of the better Spätburgunders I've had to date...
