  May 14, 2013 - Enjoyed this more than my last bottle, there's bright peachy and apple fruit up front with some sponti yeast accents and a slate/mineral base, yet at the same time I'm left craving a bit more acidity and focus here, as it comes across rather broad on the mid-palate and doesn't have the lightness and sheer refreshment that I look for in Saar Riesling.
