  June 6, 2013 - Decanted for just under an hour before tasting. Light straw colour. On the nose; saline and mineral-laden with further hints of citrus fruits, green apples, white flowers and the faintest touch of oak. On the palate; focused and balanced, relatively forward fruit backed up by loads of refreshing minerality and zappy acidity. Very enjoyable – has a sort of understated feel to it while at the same packing plenty of punch. Perfectly drinkable now, but will obviously keep for quite some time.
