  June 23, 2013 - La Paulee 2.0 S.F.: Another super tasting 01 Ramonet! Spearmint came out later on as the wine warmed...fresh lemon/lime crystal clear fruit...lite flint strike, crunchy minerals....clean, pure, totally unique mint note Ramonet...but more faint than Chevy or Batard....Would have loved to drink this whole bottle...but alas I was only spitting. ;-(
