    July 7, 2013 - Normally, people suggest to drink Chablis while it is cool, but to this GC, it would be better serve it with a not-that-cool temperature to enjoy the ethereal texture of it. So that the impetus advantage of it will be that "it goes down like water". like always being, this Chablis GC is a gentle and subtle wine, with the light grass color and light green citrus's flavor as well as the mineral, yeah the mineral, not as the iron or magnesium-like sword rampaging in the mouth, as sometimes a young Chablis, it is subtle. harmless to pair fish and even fruits, do not waste it on your beef stew.
