  July 7, 2013 - I wasn't thrilled by this on release, but it's gotten a lot better in the last few years and it's drinking very nicely now, though still rather young with fresh pear, peach and citrus fruits gently accented with floral and mineral notes on a polished, medium weight frame. It doesn't have quite the complexity or depth of the Brücke or Hermannshöhle Spätlese, but the balance is lovely with a bright acid spine keeping it very lively and light on its feet, and good length.
