  July 13, 2013 - Deep gold. Rich spicy nose. Some effervescense. Excellent balance, sweet fruit with a nicely tart finish. Full mouthfeel, grapefruit, lime, green apple. Drinking very well, great match with spicy pad thai. Day 2 update; delightful, tangy green apple and smooth, sweet fruit. Excellent.
