  July 27, 2013 - This doesn't hit me all that well intially, but it began to grow on me. My pal there Decatur below seems to have nailed the note within how the wine lines up. Soil, the wet leaf, there is a sappy sweetness to the cherry, solid but not much more. There is some finishing tartness that may leave more room for the wine to age so I'd say drink and enjoy now. I'm taking the wine to dinner and if it evolves further with air (been open about 90 mins), I will update my note.
