  July 28, 2013 - Slightly oxidized but still pleasant to drink as it seemed to get a sweeter edge on the nose with air that overwhelmed the off scent and flavors. It got a nice nuttiness in addition to the remaining fruit flavor apricot and of caramel apple. Went nicely with a grilled Copia (lemonfish) and corn relish.
