August 2, 2013 - Black pepper, green olive, and a slight meaty touch to the nose. The palate is delicate like spun sugar but with plenty of depth from ripe blue- and black-tinged fruit. Structure is there, too, from a vibrant acidity. Extremely easy to drink, delicious, and food-friendly!
