  August 31, 2013 - Lovely, lovely domestic sparkling wine! We were surprised at how fresh it was (considering it was 12 years old). Lots of tart, citrus notes when first tasted. After some time, cream, caramel and an underlying nuttiness came through. It continued to evolve in the glass. It is drinking great now, but I think it will continue to improve over the next couple of years.
