  September 7, 2013 - Very sweet ripe fruits, yellow fruits, honey, apple, acacia flower, sweet spices and mineral. Start to show sweet fruits but still fresh. Fine mousse, dense sweet fruits, mice mineral expression and bright acidity. It is developing nicely.
