  September 12, 2013 - Shafer dinner. Light yellow nose is fresh cut grass, with hints of lemon and light cheese. Flavors are pears covered in brown sugar, a lot of butter coming through especially on the finish. Butter popcorn and toasted oak on the flavor. Nice Cali standard chardonnay. Would definitely try again.
