  September 15, 2013 - Wonderfull dark blood red in the glass. Very efusive, great red berry fruit, spiced compote, with some secondary notes of cherry blossom. Such a velvety mouthfeel, with cherry/berry goodness, hints of vanilla, and carmel. While this is an over the top, desert in a glass Pinot not suitable for most meals, it excels on it's own. You can really sip and enjoy each taste, and there are very few that offer this level of balance for the alcohol level. Brillant stuff. Maybe not for all palates.
