  September 30, 2013 - Nose: Fresh, lively, and balanced with white fruits, white peaches, fresh picked citrus, with some pears too.
  
  Taste: Medium bodied with crisp medium+ acidity. The acidity is noticeable, but it isn't overpowering with white fruits, white peaches, minerals, and some bits of pears.
  
  Overall: This is a quality champagne. This is fresh and crisp with a real nice precision to it.
