  October 8, 2013 - An approachable but young Charmail with smooth tannins and fresh red fruits. Slightly green and herbal and some licorice, acidic red berry fruit, some vanilla but only little oak flavors. Not a very exciting wine, but well made. Good weekday-Bordeaux and one that needs food to unfold its best qualities. Drink or hold. - 87 points
