November 23, 2013 - After seeing a couple of recent notes stating that this wine is probably at peak I decided to open my only bottle. Oh how I wish I hadn't. If you like your wines young or have stored this in suboptimal conditions then you may want to drink this soon. For everyone else I think you may want to let this adolescent mature.

Nose of menthol, strawberry and a lttle earth. Red fruit profile continues on the palate with tannins still very present. Continued to evolve while drinking with grilled tenderloin. Eucalyptus flavour subsided with a hint of secondary aromas emerging. Great mouthfeel and very persistent on the finish. Really wish I had more and would definitely hold for another 4 years at least. Great expression of this grape.
