  December 4, 2013 - Iron fist (vintage)in silky glove (Chambolle)
  Delicate yet delicious bottle full of meaty, flowery and mineral aromas for a vivid acidity on the palate.
  Velvety texture and nice persistence.
  Drinking very well at this point pairing best rissoto in earth for Nat and grilled red tuna for me.
  
  Puño de hierro (añada) en guante de seda (Chambolle).
  Botella delicada aunque deliciosa llena de aromas cárnicos, floreados, ahumados y minerales para una vivida acidez en boca.
  Textura aterciopelada y de buena persistencia.
  Se bebe muy bien ahora acompañando el mejor rissoto para Nat y un atún rojo a la plancha para mi.
