  November 28, 2013 - Popped and poured. Nose of dark cherry fruit and a little kirsch. Very smooth and elegant with medium plus body. Plenty of ripe, dark fruit without being over the top. Secondary notes of coffee, smoke and some green vegetable flavors. Medium length finish with smooth tannins. Did not get the heat I encountered with my previous bottle. This seems to be in a good place just now and should remain there for a while. Excellent QPR.
