  December 6, 2013 - Your tolerance level for % alcohol will determine whether you will appreciate the wine or not at this stage. Surprisingly the color is clear and the fruit is not too ripe however the nose clear shows alcohol. My TN can be done in a few words, strawberry->tobacco->crème de cassis->kirschwasser-> jagermeister. I am certain that there are others who will like the wine a lot more than me. As someone who generally do not like 15%+ alcohol wines, it would be interesting to revisit the wine in ten years to check how the additional tertiary flavor profile will counterbalance alcohol.
