  December 8, 2013 - Rich, yet light on its feet and crisp. Pale straw color with just a hint of gold beginning to emerge, soft floral nose, and a medium body. Complex and mellowed flavors of apple, peach, honey, and baking spice all commingled beautifully. Ready now, but for those of you who like more mature flavors, it has plenty of time left.
