  January 26, 2014 - The wine looks very dark purple colored. The legs are slow. There is extremely light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry and black olive. It tastes like blackberry, strawberry jam, tapenade and black pepper. The wine has coarse texture. The wine finishes long with a big bite. The wine has high acidity and medium plus salinity. Deliciously paired with homemade bison chili.
