  February 21, 2014 - Yes, no, maybe! I like my Chablis with a bit of mineral bite in them and this bottle lacks that a touch. Starting to mature and this has a softer feel on the palate than I was expecting - wet cotton, some butter notes peeking through - white pepper powder, banana leaf. Nice enough, but I like some minerals in my Chablis!
